When requesting a proposal on our Website, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, event information or other details or PII to help you with your experience. By using our Website and providing such information, you consent to our retention and use of such information for any business-related purposes, in accordance with applicable laws. Whether or not to provide such information is completely your own choice, but if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to receive a proposal expediently, or access certain services, offers and content on our Website.

We do not specifically market our Website, our products or services to children under 13.

6. Fair Information Practices

In line with Fair Information Practices, we will take the following responsive action should a data breach occur: We will notify the users via email within 7 business days.

We also agree to the ‘Individual Redress Principle’, which requires that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or a government agency to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.

7. Do Not Track

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is an optional browser setting that allows you to express your preferences regarding tracking across websites. We do not have a mechanism in place to respond to DNT signals.
